About Daniela Reinert

My mission is to be a guiding light for those who feel lost, stuck, or in the dark — holding the lamp that reveals the path back to their inner truth. I help others return to themselves, reclaiming their clarity, wisdom, and sense of purpose. This journey leads from shadow to light, from confusion to deep inner knowing.

For the past 15 years, I have been accompanying organizations and the people within them in their development – working independently as a consultant, coach, and trainer for leaders.

I’ve spent years studying the methods of Otto Scharmer (Theory U & Presencing), the integral framework of Ken Wilber, the evolutionary model of Don Beck (Spiral Dynamics), and the deep transformational work of Thomas Hübl.

Currently, I’m deepening my practice through the Timeless Wisdom Training with Thomas Hübl – a multi-year journey of inner development and healing personal, ancestral, and collective trauma.

During a profound multi-year training in Joshua Tree, California, I immersed myself in shamanic practices rooted in the ancestral wisdom of the Quechuan tradition of Peru with Shaman Dani (who, “coincidentally”, shares the same nickname as me).

After living in Hamburg, Thailand, and Berlin for over two decades, I’ve recently returned to my hometown Rostock, Germany – returning not just to a place, but to a deeper sense of home. Traveling and exploration remain an essential part of my life. I love meeting new people, cultures, and perspectives.

Whether in quiet presence or through deep dialogue, I hold space for what is most true and ready to unfold in you.
